- Field technicians to perform maintenance activities efficiently and record material, record time and record detailed defect information from the iPad
Features:
Rounds based on Work Orders in SAP
Define rounds to include multiple equipment and functional locations in SAP
Download rounds with equipment, functional locations, measurement ranges and trends in mobile
View equipment and functional locations for the round in a map (used by utilities, CPG, etc.)
Capture GPS for all equipment and functional locations from mobile
Record measurement documents along with GPS location for the rounds either online or offline
Check for out of range readings
Record multiple measurement docs. for equipment and functional locations
View trends while recording measurements
Access standard operating procedures and other documents related to the rounds
Submit round documents with all measurement readings and comments
Create Notification to report issues – take pictures and attach pictures to notification. Store pictures in SAP or in any DMS (Ex: SharePoint)
View the round documents report in SAP for out of range readings and GPS out of range
Push Work Orders to the technicians’ mobile devices
Access Work Orders, Operations, Equipment, Materials, Object Lists on the mobile device
Acknowledge acceptance of work orders in the field to supervisors from mobile devices
Check Asset Repair History
Check for spare parts, reserve materials and book materials consumed; Return unused materials
Change work order, operations and related data on mobile device

Inform field users about safety requirements for work
